Touring – ahh.. that word …. in real estate touring is one of the most important things a real estate agent can do. It’s the best way – for the potential client to finalize his decision.

What’s the difference between a residential vs commercial tour? One word “simple”.

Much simpler in residential – since all the agent needs to do is call the listing agent and get a lockbox number.

Touring a commercial space gets complicated – you line up a few tours with the listing agents. If one of the listing agents is running late – then the entire tour gets messed up.

Try calling more than one agent to tell them you’re running late. Life gets complicated fast. You may be throwing someone else’s schedule out of whack.

So when your commercial real estate agent has organized a tour – think of all the background activities that went on behind the scene. It’s not as simple as it sounds.
