Before coming to Target Realty in 2008, Ilya spent a number of years with the Calgary office of the largest independent commercial real estate brokerage in the world. He possesses the in-depth market knowledge and hands-on experience that enable him to provide innovative real estate solutions to his growing list of clients.
His background in computer sciences allows him to better cater to the needs of modern industrial tenants, a
great number of which require buildings that can accommodate evermore sophisticated and computerized
equipment.
Ilya's career has also included senior management roles with two technology firms and a business consultancy,
as well as military service as a Combat Engineer with the Canadian Armed Forces Reserves.
He is also involved in fundraising for the Alberta Children's Hospital Foundation. |
