In 1996, Bruce entered the real estate brokerage business as an industrial real estate specialist with an
international firm.
Six years later, Bruce took a position as Asset Manager with a large local developer and management company,
and managed over 800,000 square feet of industrial, office and retail space. Bruce is ideally qualified to help
clients make the best decisions for their commercial real estate needs. He has worked with most major
developers and has leased and sold space to national, regional and local companies.
Bruce is deeply involved in his community's minor hockey league, and once a month donates time at a local food bank. |
